I'm FALLING!!!!!!!!!!

Are you seeing how RED those pumpkins are??!! BEAUTIFUL! You should click on this pic to enlarge...can you tell, I LOVE those pumpkins!

Okay...I'm not literally falling...I DO NOT want another cast! I just mean I am getting our house ready for Fall! It seems like whenever any season arrives...I'm always excited for it. But, MOST of all...I LOVE FALL! Because with it, brings football and Italian Sausage Soup! These pictures are actually of last year. I just wanted you to see how big and beautiful those pumpkins were! When we went to get pumpkins yesterday...I couldn't wait...and their pumpkins just aren't as big this year. They'll be getting a new truckload in a couple of weeks...but I'm ready NOW! How's that for being impatient :) (Wonder where Connor gets it, hmmmm?) So, we ended up buying some that will work...but they are a far cry from the ones from last year! I have a few finishing touches to this year's pics...so for now, this is all I got! (It is THE perfect Fall, Football, Italian Sausage Soup day here in OK thanks to IKE!!!) I'm off to watch a little football! Gearing up for the big games for tonight....you know who I'm talkin about Lisa :) I was hoping you might need to take refuge in our home...but I guess you all are okay??
How bout you? What's your favorite season and do you decorate it all up!!??

I love fall, too. But here in Georgia it still seems forever away. Today it's sunny (wish Ike had sent some rain this way), high in the upper 80's. And I hear it's cooling down to the low 80's by the end of this coming week. See? It's still summer here. And probably will be until the end of October.

But I do love Fall. When the weather changes. And the leaves go back to their natural color.

For decorating - I am horrible about doing seasonal stuff. Probably because I compartmentalize into the craft category. We do decorate for Christmas. I love that. But putting it all away makes me sometimes not want to do it at all :-)

I am with you...when it's time to put it all away...I wonder if it was worth it, usually it is! I'm kinda lucky, for Christmas, Brian does it ALL! Okay, I usually do the front door/entry..but everything else...it's all him :) I love that man! Sorry about still feeling like Summer in Georgia...I wish I could send you some of this rain from Ike...but truly, I'm lovin' every minute of it :)

Oh yes I decorate it up and I love fall. I am going to post my front door decor in a week or so when I pull all the stuff out to do it...it's just hard to do right now when it is 90 degrees!

I love fall too :)
Sadly Texas has like a week of fall--but I had great falls in Ohio :)

I LOVE Fall. I've been trying so hard to get motivated to decorate for it, but it really does need to cool down a little more still. When it's soup and sweater weather, I love pulling everything out while listening to the Charlie Brown soundtrack (the Great Pumpkin Waltz especially reminds me of Fall!)

And I was right---you DO live in a castle! Do you have your own coat of arms and everything? Servants? Knights? :)

The entrance to your house is gorgeous! I have to agree, fall ranks number one in my favorites.

Thanks so much for stopping by :o) I will be back to click around your blog some more!

Have you gotten up yet (as in I'm falling but I can't get up!) ;)

I am still nursing my wounds after that horrible horrible event on Saturday--the Browns did not help one.

So OU did well though :)

Thanks for visitng Idaho today. Is that YOUR front walkway? Gorgeous!! I love fall too. It's probably my most favorite season, but it goes much too quickly in Idaho.

I LOVE fall! Here in Georgia, it just isn't a true fall though until the end of October (just like Kat said). I'm from Indiana so I grew up with fall starting about now and by the end of October, most leaves would have fallen from the trees.
I do LOVE your fall decor! We decorate for fall and Halloween but do the most decorating at Christmas. The girls enjoy decorating so it's become a very fun time at our house when we decorate.

Thanks for the comment love! Look forward to following your blog!

Fall is such a festive season, isn't it? I love the changing colors and the crisp, cool air! I've got a couple of Fall-ish recipes over at my place to round out Recipe Week, too!

Do you live in a castle?? That entrance looks like it ought to have a moat nearby. Such a grand entrance, made grander by your fall decorations. Nice job!
